Since June of 2013, I’ve been working as a consultant on various digital and editorial projects, with a focus on building sites in WordPress. I have the editorial skills to help clients with content and the technical skills to establish their presence online, including social media. All my sites are responsive to fit any screen and optimized for search engines.
I was the founding editor of Golf.com, which launched in 2007, and built the site into the largest independent golf site in the world. In my nearly seven years there, I oversaw all editorial coverage, edited some of the most prominent sports writers in the business, and was deeply involved in all technical and business matters related to the site. From 1999-2006, I worked for The New York Times as an editor and Web producer, running online coverage for two Olympics and countless breaking news stories.
I have a masters in journalism from Missouri and a B.A. in English from Notre Dame. I live in Maplewood, NJ, with my wife, Becky, and our two sons.
